For hosts

You have the room.We bring the people

Open your space as a coworking on the days that suit you. We send the members, show you how to run the day, and pay you for every one who checks in.

What hosting means

Four things, and you decide the first one.

  1. You choose the days and the seats

One morning a week or every weekday, four seats or twenty. Each Thursday you confirm next week's days, or change them.

  2. We send the people

Members of there use their membership days at your space. On Sunday you get next week's guest list, with what each person is working on.

  3. You run a good day

We show you how: wifi and power that work, a short opening round, quiet hours, lunch at one table. It's what makes people come back.

  4. You're paid for every member who comes

Each member is checked in at the door with a QR code. Every check-in is paid, monthly, including members on their free first day.

Before your first payout we ask for your NIF, your address and your IBAN. Portuguese law requires platforms to report what hosts earn, and we do that for you.

Coworkings

You run a coworking

Your desks are full on some days and empty on others. Members come on the empty ones, they're paid for, and they arrive matched to people they'll get on with. Some will want to come back.

A good fit: A coworking in Lisbon, along the Cascais line or in Setúbal, with desks free during the week.

This is me

What you give

  • Seats on the days you choose. A few desks on a Tuesday is enough
  • Our members get what your own members get: wifi, power, coffee
  • Someone at the desk to check them in

What you get

  • Paid for every member checked in, monthly
  • No fee, no listing cost, nothing up front
  • Members matched to your space by what they're working on
  • Next week's guest list every Sunday
  • Your space on there, with its name and how it feels

Spaces and homes

You have a space

A studio, a gallery, a café that's quiet until noon, a garden, a farm outside the city. If a few people could work there for a morning, it can be a coworking day.

A good fit: Quiet enough to work in, with wifi that holds. A home is fine too: we check your ID and talk to you before anyone comes.

This is me

What you give

  • A table or a room for a few people, on days you choose
  • Wifi, power, and somewhere to make a coffee
  • You, or someone, there to welcome them and check them in

What you get

  • Paid for every member checked in, monthly
  • We show you how to run a good coworking day
  • We bring the people and handle the booking and the payment
  • A call and a visit from us before your first day

Around the work

You run something around the work

Breathwork before, a talk at lunch, a supper after. A day with something around it is a better day, and it's often why people choose one place over another.

A good fit: You've done the thing, not only read about it.

This is me

What you give

  • A session on a host's day: a talk, a class, a meal
  • Dates you choose

What you get

  • A free membership or a fee, agreed with you
  • A room of people who chose to be there
  • Your name on the day

What happens next

From this form to your first members.

  1. Tell us about your space

The form below takes a minute. A sentence about the place is plenty.

  2. We call, and come to see it

We talk through the days, the seats and the terms, and visit before anyone books.

  3. Your first members arrive

You get the guest list on Sunday, check people in at the door, and are paid for each one the following month.

I'm getting in touch because

A Portuguese number as it is, or any other with its country code.

One of us reads it and writes back. We won't put you on a mailing list.
